Ordering procedure

You can find the products via the search windows at the top of the page or via the categories. Click on the desired part type and choose the product you want to buy by clicking on the "more info" button. Then you can add the item to your shopping cart by clicking on the "add to shopping cart" button. You will now be automatically redirected to your shopping cart page.

If you want to buy more than 1 item click on "continue shopping".

You can always go back to your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top of the menu next to the language indicator. If your shopping cart has been filled to your satisfaction, please enter your name and address details. You can choose to create an account so that you do not have to re-enter your details for future orders. You will then have to accept our terms and conditions and you can possibly specify a different delivery address. Then select the desired shipping method and the relevant Dutch license plate or VIN (chassis number) so that we can check whether the part chosen by you fits your vehicle. If you order parts for several vehicles, you can indicate for each part which Dutch license plate or VIN (chassis number) it concerns. To do this, you must first remove the check mark from "for the same car". After you have checked the details you can proceed with your order by clicking on the "to payment page" button.

Shipping costs/delivery time

SHIPPING COSTS
For all orders, the shipping costs are calculated separately. These costs are automatically calculated by our shop based on the volume and the address where it will be shipped to.

DELIVERY TIMES
Boonstra Autoparts will ensure that your order is delivered within 2-5 working days when shipped within the Netherlands. Products that have a longer delivery time? You will be informed of us by phone or email.

PICK UP THE ORDER YOURSELF
It is possible to pick up your order yourself in Ureterp. As soon as your order is ready, we will contact you by phone or e-mail.

Payment methods

Boonstra Autoparts has various options for the payment of your order:

iDEAL
With iDEAL you can pay for your online purchases in a trusted, safe and easy way. You pay in your familiar internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank. You can directly use iDEAL, without having to log in. For more information, please visit the iDEAL website.

PayPal
This payment method offers the possibility to transfer money online quickly and easily. You order the product via Boonstra Autoparts and choose to pay with PayPal. You only need to select PayPal when paying. Then you will be asked to log into your account and confirm the payment.

Sepa
SEPA stands for Single Euro Payments Area. It was introduced by the European Council to simplify payment transactions in Europe. With SEPA, transfers can be made from any European payment account to any other European payment account. Payment by bank transfer is a trusted and safe way for consumers to pay for their online purchases. The amount can be easily transferred via internet banking.

Sofort
SOFORT Banking is a European payment method that allows you to make payments without the need for consumers to create additional accounts. Consumers log into SOFORT Banking with the data they use to log into their own online banking environment. From here they can transfer money directly from their own payment account. SOFORT Banking is TÜV certified, which guarantees that it is a secure method of making payments.

EPS
EPS is the most popular payment method for bank transfers in Austria. It is an initiative of the Austrian banks and government.

GiroPay
One of the most used payment methods in Germany. Giropay is linked to 1,500 German banks, making it a very popular German payment method.

KBC/CBC
The payment method for the largest consumer bank in Belgium; KBC and CBC, together the largest bank in Belgium. KBC focuses on Flanders and CBC on Wallonia. The banks offer their customers an environment that allows them to pay online quickly and easily. The customers pay for their online purchases via their own familiar online banking environment.

Belfius
Belfius is one of the largest banks in Belgium. With the Belfius Pay Button, the bank provides its customers with their own payment solution. Consumers with a Belfius account can use the Belfius Pay Button to make direct payments from Belfius Direct Net, Belfius' online banking product, or via the app.

ING Home'Pay
ING Belgium is one of Belgium's largest banks. With Home'Pay, they have created a dedicated payment method for their own customers, both consumers and business customers. With Home'Pay, those who have a Home'Bank or Business'bank online account can pay securely online, without the need for a credit card. They use their own trusted online banking environment.

Paying on pickup
With payment on pickup we have informed you in advance by email or phone that your order is ready to be picked up.

Cancel or return

What to do when cancelling or returning?

CANCELLATIONS
Cancelling an order is free of charge as long as it has not yet been sent.
If you cancel the order after it has been sent to you, you must refuse the package upon delivery. If Boonstra Autoparts has already received a payment from you, we will refund the purchase price, after proper receipt of the return shipment, to you. The shipping costs will be deducted from this (only if you refuse the order at the door and let the delivery person take it with him unopened).

RETURNS/COOLING-OFF PERIOD
You have a cooling-off period of fourteen days to return the product (excluding electronic parts) without giving reasons, starting on the day of delivery. The product can only be returned unused and if possible in its original packaging. Would you like to return the entire order? Already received items must be returned to the return address below. Boonstra Autoparts will refund the entire purchase price, including the calculated shipping costs. The shipping costs for the return are for your account. Also, when returning a part of your order, the shipping costs are for your account. The purchase price of the returned part of the order will be refunded to you. Shipping costs in that case are not refundable.

All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be reported via the Boonstra Autoparts website using the return form. Note: the account number that you specify for the refund must be equal to the account number of which you made the payment to Boonstra Autoparts. This is due to possible fraud with refunds.

Any amounts already paid will be refunded to you within a maximum of 14 days.

Attention! Parts that are not registered through the return form will not be processed.

Return instructions engines & transmissions

Motors and/or transmissions must be securely tied to a pallet.

Engines & transmissions must be liquid free! The distributor checks this strictly! Leakage during transport will be charged as an environmental offence with a hefty fine! This will be recovered from you in case of negligence!

All attachments must remain attached to the engine. Except attachments who needs to be transferred because they are not included with the new engine you purchased. This is strictly controlled!

You need to register your return by means of our return form on the website. Within 5 working days we will pick up (or have picked up) any engines and/or transmissions that you have registered.

After receipt, verification and approval of the returned goods, you will receive a credit note of the deposit from us.

Payments of the credited deposit will be made within 14 days.
